Yoga By the River
Yoga By the River
July 25, 2026
Led by Noga Yoga
Join us for an outdoor 75-minute, all-levels vinyasa flow class.
Every 2nd and 4th Saturday (May – October)
9:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Health and wellness are foundational to our community. Through our instructors, we offer small group classes at the river’s edge, providing a safe environment, and giving you the support, you need to develop at your own pace.
Settle into a slower pace of morning along a quiet stretch of lawn right by the Toccoa River, tucked just beyond the course, where the gentle movement of water creates a natural backdrop. This all-levels flow invites you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simple rhythm of being outdoors.
Bring your mat, water, and any props that support your practice.
After class, you are invited to make your way to The Tavern at Old Toccoa Farm—whether for a relaxed brunch or a refreshing drink, it is a natural extension of the morning.
