Downtown Blue Ridge
Blue Ridge bustles with antiques, quaint shops, fine galleries and unique restaurants. Alfresco dining, live music and theater are all part of the scene, but so are a delightful downtown city park and old railroad depot, now home to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Historic buildings line the tracks, and specialty purveyors offer “locally made” favorites.
Culturally Rich
Blue Ridge is a true arts town with a booming arts association, renowned art festivals, and a vibrant population of artists and craftsmen. Ground zero for all things artsy is the historic Fannin County Courthouse (image from Fannin County Chamber of Commerce), which now houses galleries, studios and classrooms.
Sporting Clays
Noontootla Creek Farms is where Old Toccoa Farm Residents and Members can enjoy 12 shooting stations for a total of 100 targets. Yell “Pull!” and get ready to blast away at the clay target disc. Grab your shotgun and ammo and enjoy a competitive round of sporting clays (or frequently referred to as “golf with shotguns”.) Hit as many as you can because, unlike golf, the one who has the highest score wins.

A thrill a minute on Class III-IV rapids make the Ocoee one of the best whitewater rivers in the south. The Ocoee was home of the 1996 Olympic canoe and kayak slalom events and that venue can be visited at the Ocoee Whitewater Center. Outfitters provide rafting services on both the upper and lower sections.
