Taste: Chocolate orange sticks, juicy ripe watermelon, lemon peel, baked goods in the forest, creamy toffee, oak rocking chair. Nose: Luxardo cherry, basket of fresh picked limes, churros, chocolate chip cookie dough, apple pie in the windowsill, leather.

High West Double Rye

Taste: Rye spices up front, then menthol, mint, eucalyptus, herbal tea with wildflower honey and all spice. Nose: Mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice root, pine nuts, and dark chocolate, with a surprising dose of gin botanicals throughout

High West Campfire

Taste: Vanilla, salted caramel, toasted brioche, red berry compote, chai spices—nutmeg, cinnamon, orange zest, cedar, pipe tobacco. Nose: Butterscotch, shortbread biscuit, sandalwood, jasmine, worn leather, pine resin; gentle smoke and smoldering wood from last night’s campfire.
