Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Jimmy began writing songs and playing gigs at just 15 years old. His musical journey took root in Athens, Georgia, where he met his future bandmates and co-founded Kobanova. Since then, the band has grown into a rising presence across the Southeast, with sold-out shows in Atlanta and performances at festivals like Oysterfest and Virginia-Highlands Summerfest.
Whether performing solo or with his band, Jimmy delivers a warm, engaging experience rooted in storytelling and musical connection.
