Course Design
The best part of the game of golf is sharing it with others, and at Old Toccoa Farm Resort, there will be no shortage of golfing experiences for friends and families. Among the massive bunkers and hardwoods, you’ll discover golf in its purest state — and an experience unlike any other. Twisted knots of mountain laurel, rock outcroppings, and gentle wildflower meadows dictate the flow of play.
BUNKER HILL DESIGNED COURSE
Our Bunker Hill-designed course is a par 72, links-feel course totaling 6,707 yards. The course winds through 125 acres of ridges and meadows, featuring over 280 feet of elevation change with spectacular views of the Chattahoochee and Cherokee Nation Forests and surrounding valleys. Designed within the philosophy that traditional, strategic golf is the most rewarding, this Jack Dredla, Dan Proctor, Dave Axland, Bunker Hill-designed course is making a name for itself throughout the Southeast. Here you’ll discover golf in its purest state, with tightly mowed zoysia fairways and manicured bentgrass greens, each creating an incredible surface for play as the course winds along the Toccoa River and into the landscape’s secluded hills and draws. Native grasses, wicked bunkers and exceptional long-range mountain views complete the experience of this unique course.
Play Golf at Old Toccoa Farm Resort
Old Toccoa Farm is a semi-private course where public play is welcomed six days a week. All public players must call ahead to make a tee time. Public tee times can be made no sooner than 7 days ahead of the preferred day unless you are reserving accommodations here at Old Toccoa Farm Resort.
Hours & Rates
The Golf Course Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Closed Tuesday)
Rates include greens fee, cart fee, range balls and taxes. Practice facilities, including driving range, chipping and putting greens, open to all golfers with scheduled tee times only.

Private golf instruction is available for members and guests seeking personalized guidance on the course. To learn more or reserve a lesson, contact the Golf Shop at 706.946.4653, Ext. 3.
The Golf Shop also offers club fittings with Titleist and TaylorMade, as well as professional regripping services.
Golf Instruction
Wesley Buchanan, PGA, and Thomas Nelson, PGA, are certified teaching professionals with 10 years of teaching experience, offering both group sessions and private instruction. Utilizing training aids and modern technology, they provide personalized instruction designed to help each student build confidence in their swing.
