Led by Matthew Lord, Lord Luxury Homes, is a highly regarded Fannin County native with 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting in new home construction in 1998, he founded Lord Foundations, LLC, in 2004, specializing in concrete foundations.

With a reputation for excellence, Matthew oversees every aspect of the construction process to ensure top quality craftsmanship. At Lord Luxury Homes, clients benefit from his meticulous attention to detail, premium materials, and luxurious finishes, resulting in exceptional homes with stunning views.

Outside of work, Matthew coaches his children’s sports teams and enjoys outdoor activities. He and his wife, Nicole, are dedicated to raising their children, Mckinley and Levi, in their hometown.
