Format

Four Ball match play for (5) 9-hole matches
Six teams in each flight
Any flight short of six teams plays against par

Handicap For Members & Guests

USGA Handicap Index
Handicaps off the low ball in each 9-hole match

Scoring

1/2 point for tied hole
1 point for winning hole
1/2 point for a tie of your match
1 point for winning your match
10 possible points for each 9-hole match

Flight winners will be determined by most total points in their flight. In the event of ties in any flight, head to head winner will be the tiebreaker. If however there is still a tie, total points made from both matches on Sunday will be the next tiebreaker, followed by the 3rd match Sunday, etc., until the tie is broken.

The Member-Guest Champion will be decided by a modified alternate shot shootout played on hole #9. All flight winners will proceed to Hole #9. Competitors will continue to play hole #9 until a winner / Champion is decided.

Ties

Ties for both Men’s and Women’s Championship shall be decided by Sudden Death playoff immediately following play. A rotation of holes 10, 11, & 18 will repeat until a champion is decided. All other flights, gross and net, ties will be deciced by a scorecard playoff starting with the #1 handicap hole and progressing backwards.

Extra Information

USGA rules apply in addition to Club / Local Rules.
No Gimmes.
Ball must be holed regardless length of putt.

Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather the tournament winners will be determined by lowest score for each 9-holes completed by the entire field. In order for the tournament to be decided, all players must complete a minimum of 9-holes.
